MY FAVOURITE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

My favorite breakfast smoothie

I soak one tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water over night. (Just make sure to stir the seeds with the water for a bit)

Papaya handful chopped down.

One apple.

Handful of baby spinach.

Blue berry (fresh or frozen)

One table spoon of hempseed.

Dash of cinnamon .

One table spoon of raw cacao powder.

A big teaspoon of Maca powder(optional)

Blend well and enjoy
